I figured the experience was going to be horrifying anticipating pain the whole time and yet there was none nothing but a little poke some pressure and about 8 to 10 minutes later everything was done and thus far the next day I’ve had nothing but little aches and pains a little swelling and I said mostly achy but that’s it . Dr. Jenkins is one of the most professional at what he does He makes you feel comfortable and get in and gets the job done and his staff are one of a kind I recommend if anybody is getting this procedure done Dr. Jenkins is the one you need to have it done by. He has nothing but my full and Utmost respect! Thanks Dr. Jenkins to you and your staff.

This week I had my third office visit with Dr. Jenkins. He never changes the positive personality that he has. Dr. Jenkins is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He always leaves ample time for questions. He never makes you feel like he is pressed for time. He accompanies you to make the follow up visit and ensures that the time available is good for you. Other doctors should take a lesson from Dr. Jenkins about how to treat a patient.

My husband saw Dr. Jenkins in September and we can say it was one of the most positive experiences ever with a urologist. Dr. Jenkins was thorough, attentive and knowledgable. While my husband was scheduled for a procedure, Dr. Jenkins kept asking questions and truly listening to the answers in order to fully understand the history of the issue and ultimately solved it without the need for the original procedure. We wish all physicians could be as kind and thorough and would highly recommend Dr. Jenkins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions related to men’s health issues

Erectile dysfunction can be caused by various factors, including age, medical conditions, and lifestyle. It is often treatable through lifestyle changes, medications, or surgery. Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended for personalized advice.

Testosterone levels naturally decline with age, leading to symptoms such as fatigue and reduced libido. Hormone replacement therapy may be considered after a thorough evaluation by a healthcare provider to show two low levels accompanied by symptoms.

Chronic stress can negatively impact male fertility by affecting hormone levels and sperm production. Stress management techniques, a healthy diet, exercise, good sleep, and consultation with a fertility specialist can be beneficial.

While vasectomies are permanent, reversing them can be attempted. However, success is not guaranteed and most insurance plans do not cover it, so individuals considering a vasectomy should carefully discuss family planning goals with their healthcare provider.

Regular exercise, a nutritious diet, adequate sleep, and open communication with a partner are essential for maintaining a healthy sexual lifestyle. Seeking advice from a healthcare provider for specific concerns is recommended.

Treatment options for Peyronie’s disease may include medications, surgery, or non-surgical interventions. Consultation with a urologist is necessary to determine the most suitable approach based on individual circumstances.

Pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle modifications, and certain medical interventions can help manage male stress incontinence. Consulting with a urologist for a comprehensive assessment is advised.

Remember, these are general answers, and individual cases may vary. It’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and guidance on specific men’s health concerns.
